Foxermod's Dead City EP is a 5-track album written entirely with the AE Modular synth system by Tangible Waves. Everything that you hear was recorded in different places around the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico and not tracked in a studio.

Dead City EP is something of a love note written in honor of the types of music that were influential to the artist throughout his younger life.

All music composed, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Micah Hood (M. J. Hood).

All sequences and sounds were recorded from foxermod's AE modular system (tangiblewaves.com)

Mixing and mastering done in Logic Pro X.

Analog tape delay done by a TEAC 2300s and BASF LP35 tape (mastering tape saturation was done with the same equipment). Digital reverb done with Soundcraft FX16ii 16-Channel Mixer with Lexicon Effects Processor and ChromaVerb (Logic). Spring reverb done with Fostex Reverb Unit Model 3180.

WOOOOW - I'm blown away, guys! I can't describe how it feels to be the one making the tools you create such wonderful, personal, unique music with! I was especially touched by "Maydae Insulae" - decades ago I tried to recreate Klaus Schulze's Mirage with mediocre success, but you nailed it-brilliant! "Tombo Blombo Bass" - wow, AE can do pop too!
